Bottle Uprighter Systems

New England Machinery’s Bottle Uprighter System is designed to upright neck-trailing containers lying on their minor axis. It gently picks up the containers and stands them upright onto the customer’s conveyor. Neck-leading containers are gently rotated into position via a hook assembly. All containers are captured by belts, base leading, where they contact the uprighter and are returned to the customer’s constant speed, continuous motion conveyor standing up.

Versatile: The NEUP can be provided on an independent stainless steel stand to cantilever over an existing conveyor or the system may be directly mounted on a conveyor.

Ease of Operation: Container sizes are easily changed with minor hand-wheel adjustments. All functions are positioned at eye level, making the entire machine easily accessible for changeover and maintenance.
