NEM’s Rotary Chuck Capper positively places each cap on the container and securely tightens it to the required applied torque.
Depending on the number of heads, container size and configuration, this Capper can run at high speeds.
3-in-1 Sealing System
Capper, Induction Sealer & Retorquer
Introducing the new multi-station Servo Capper with Integrated Induction Sealer and Servo Retorquer. By mounting three stations around a single indexing starwheel, NEM was able to incorporate 3 machines into one frame. This allowed the footprint of one machine to house the capabilities of three, eliminating two pieces of downstream equipment, and offer valuable floor space savings.

Pump Capping System
Places and Torques
Our Pump Capping System is designed for finger, lotion, and trigger pumps. This Pump Placer machine sorts pumps delivered from a bulk supply hopper/elevator, applies pumps to containers, positively torques them, and releases them onto the customer’s conveyor.
New England Change Part Cart
Store all your change parts in a custom designed cart that has a designated place for everything. Carts are mobile as they come on caster wheels, allowing for quick location of the exact part.
