New England Machinery, Inc. was founded in 1974 by a group of packaging engineers. Today we have thousands of machines worldwide on every continent.

Our Name

We frequently get asked where the ‘New England’ part of our name comes from when people find out
we are located in Bradenton, Florida. Though we have been located here since 1989, NEM was founded
in the New England region of the United States in 1974, specifically Stamford, Connecticut.
