New England Machinery’s Rotary Chuck Capper is available in multiple capping head formats starting with three. Unlike in-line cappers the rotary chuck capper positively places each cap on the container and securely tightens it to the required applied torque. Depending on the number of heads and container size and configuration, the NERCC capper can run the highest speeds in the industry.

These versatile cappers can handle a wide range of containers and caps. The pneumatic chuck offers a quick change collet pull pin. NEM’s electronic torque controller provides repeatable applied torque without the use of tools.

The closed loop system gives feedback to the controller, allowing the operator to use the information in making decisions regarding the proper setting to achieve their desired applied torques.
